2301 Moody St., Mt. Vernon, WA. Raymond(?) Silva and his daughter Cassandra Silva. Two dogs are continually chained in their backyard, Tyson is a 13 year old lab/pitbull mix and Bison, a 6 year old poodle. Silva does not believe in having dogs inside. He had bought the poodle for his daughter and said it could be an inside dog but after a week the puppy still had not been housetrained so he banned it to the outside. The lab/pitbull mix was bought for his son years ago who is now 27 and has moved out of the house. Silva will relinquish the lab/pitbull mix to Dogs Deserve Better rep kelly Page but wants to keep the poodle possibly to breed. (all photos copyright Karen Ducey 2010)
