A mass casuality incident drill is held in Jean Marie Vincent 2, a tent city, in Haiti for EMT students by volunteer EMTs from the United States from EMPACT Northwest. The students first reviewed their lessons at Boujet Park where they have studied and interpreted for medical personal for almost two years since the earthquake in 2009. Volunteers instructors and EMT's from EMPACT applied moulage (make up) for the "victims" on site. Present were the United Nations Police who have been stationed there for two weeks.
