Alexis Blakey, age 19, from Oso, Wash. unloads one of 70 bales of hay donated and trucked from Bellingham, Wash., for the horses remaining on Summer Raffo’s farm in Oso, Wash. on April 1, 2014. Blakey was a friend of Raffo and headed to her farm past roadblocks as soon as she heard Raffo was missing. She has been caring for the horses daily since.
