Kelly Page and her daughter Maggie, age 2, offer a dog treat to a dog living in Albertson Used Tire yard in West Seattle on January 9, 2009. The one year old pitbull named Bush, after President Bush, is shut in the car during work hours, then let out to guard the tire yard by night. His owner, the owner of the tire shop, Alberto Quintanilla thinks the ban on the chaining ordinance is a good idea and adds that he doesn't take the dog home with him because he would put him on a chain. The dog doesn't get any interaction with people because Alberto says his customers don't like it. "That's where he needs to be" he says. He's doing OK in the car."
