Chelsea Judge, from Bellingham, Wash. drove 70 bales of donated hay to horses remaining on Summer Raffo's farm in Oso. Wash. on April 1, 2014. Raffo was killed in the Oso mudslide on March 22, 2014. The hay was donated by Laurel Farm and Western Supply through a fundraiser.
